SHIPPING
When will my order be processed?
We get to work as soon as you place your order. It typically takes 2–3 business days to process and pack everything with care at our Mumbai studio. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled the next working day. During sale periods, give us just a little extra time—2–3 more business days.
When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, your order should reach you within 7–10 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time, so sit tight—we promise it’s worth the wait. If you're ever unsure, just drop us a line at AlmostAlwaysIndia.in
Is there a shipping fee?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders over ₹3,500. For orders under that, standard shipping rates apply
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order heads out, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the link to update — hang tight, it's on the move.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, the address can’t be changed. We recommend double-checking your details before hitting that final “Place Order” button. Kin isn’t liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you're in between sizes, we
usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel — or reach out, and we’ll help guide you.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes! You’ll find a link to our size guide on every product page. It includes measurements and fit tips so you
know exactly what you’re getting into (literally).
What if I receive something that doesn’t fit?
No stress. If your piece doesn’t fit quite right, we’ll help you exchange it — as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and returned within our policy window.
Will you restock sold-out sizes or styles?
We like to keep things fresh, but bestsellers do make comebacks. If something you love is sold out,
subscribe to our email list — you’ll be the first to know when it’s back.
How do I care for my Almost Always pieces?
Each piece comes with care instructions on the label. In general, we recommend cold washing and air
drying to keep your Almost Always looking and feeling its best — just like you.
ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is confirmed, we start prepping it right away — which means we can't guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you made a mistake, reach out to us ASAP at almostalwaysindia@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, double-check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not there, reach out to us with your name and the email used at checkout — we’ll sort it out quickly.
Can I add something to my order after it’s placed?
We currently can’t add items to an existing order. You’ll need to place a new order for any additional pieces — the good news is, we ship fast.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
We’re really sorry about that. Please get in touch at almostalwaysindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo if possible — we’ll make it right.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout before completing payment. Only one code can be
applied per order, and some exclusions may apply (we’ll always let you know upfront).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact, initiated within 10 days of delivery. We want you to
love what you wear — if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Just email us at almostalwaysindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Do you offer refunds?
We currently offer store credit only for all approved returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll get a credit code you can use anytime — no expiry, no pressure.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Our bad — and we’ll fix it. Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it right away.
Are sale items eligible for return?
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
