What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact, initiated within 10 days of delivery. We want you to love what you wear — if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it better.

How do I start a return or exchange?

 Just email us at almostalwaysindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Do you offer refunds?

We currently offer store credit only for all approved returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll get a credit code you can use anytime — no expiry, no pressure.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Our bad — and we’ll fix it. Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it right away.

Are sale items eligible for return?

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
