Welcome to www.almostalways.in, the official website of Almost Always. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and all purchases made through it. By browsing the site, making a purchase, or interacting with any of our content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Almost Always is a clothing brand based in India. All products, descriptions, and pricing on this site are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, but occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, cancel orders affected by them, and update our offerings at any time.

To make a purchase from our site, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Orders may be declined or canceled at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

Shipping is handled from our warehouse in Mumbai, India. Orders are typically processed within two to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between seven to ten business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Almost Always is not responsible for delays caused by external couriers or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

We currently accept returns on eligible items for store credit only. Items must be returned within seven days of delivery, in unworn and unwashed condition with all original tags intact. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, you must contact us at almostalwaysindia@gmail.com and follow the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
